We keep this simple: we collect only what you send us, use it to reply and to work with you, and don't sell it.
01Who we are
NatWorks (“we”, “us”) is an AI-engineering and IT services company based at A 95, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore 641042, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy covers the natworks.ai website. You can reach us at hello@natworks.ai.
02What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, company, optional phone number, the topic, and your message.
- Email: anything you send to hello@natworks.ai.
- Booking a call: if you use our Microsoft Bookings page, the details you enter there (such as name, email and time slot) are handled by Microsoft 365 for us.
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
03Cookies and tracking
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Our typefaces are served from our own site, so loading a page does not send your details to a font provider.
04How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and to schedule and hold calls with you.
- To scope and propose work you ask us about.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
05Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the site and talk to you, for example our email delivery provider, Microsoft 365 (email and Bookings) and our hosting provider. They process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
06How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, to carry out any work we agree, and to keep reasonable business records. After that we delete or anonymise them.
07Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and similar laws where they apply to you), you can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email hello@natworks.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, write to the same address with “Grievance” in the subject line. We will acknowledge it and work to resolve it.
08Children
This website is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
